1 to 2 lbs. round steak, tenderized
Flour
Oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
15 oz. can tomato sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Water
Cooked rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into serving size pieces, dredge in flour and brown in hot oil. Place into large greased casserole dish. In same pan, sauté onion and green pepper until wilted. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add water to desired consistency. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Pour over meat. Bake, covered, at 350º for 1 hour. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
