½ c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 ¾ c. flour
¾ c. cocoa
1 ½ tsp. bk. powder
1 ½ tsp. bk. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in order given and add 1 c. boiling water. Place in a lightly greased 9”X13” pan. Bake 350* for 35 minutes.
Just before the cake is finished baking, in a heavy sauce pan, bring 1 c. heavy whipping cream to a boil, this will caramelize the cream. As soon as it comes to the boil remove from heat and mix in 1 pkg. milk chocolate chips. Pour over the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven and cool.
This cake is really rich and moist. Good for a family reunion or get-together.
