Make a biscuit crust and roll it out or use Bisquick.

Filling:
1 lb. ground hamburger
Add finely chopped veggies to the hamburger; onions, celery, carrots, zucchini, etc. If you choose to use carrots, finely chop them and pre-cook them in the microwave a bit. Spread this mixture over the biscuit crust.
Top with grated cheese.

Press the mixture down really well so when you roll it up the filling doesn’t fall out. Roll up like cinnamon rolls and slice them to about ¾” thickness.
Bake 375* until done.

*Serving suggestion. You may heat up 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with ½ can of water to serve as a gravy over baked rolls.
