2 eggs
4 pieces sandwich bread
2 tablespoons milk (or splash of milk)
¼ teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Crack two eggs into a bowl
Add milk and vanilla
Whisk with a fork

Dip bread into mixture coating both sides

Add butter to a skillet and heat on medium heat

Gently place toast in skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side until brown

Serve with syrup!
