1 ½ c. sugar
½ c. whole wheat flour
1 ½ c. flour
¼ c. Hershey's cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ c. canola oil
½ c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini

Topping
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
chopped nuts (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients first and then stir in the wet ingredients in bowl and put in a lightly greased brownie size pan or a 9” X 13” cake pan. Top with chocolate chips and add nuts if desired.
Bake in a 350* oven for 40-45 minutes in a brownie pan or 30-35 minutes in a cake pan, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting. Delicious!
