1 c. butter, softened
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 ½ c. white sugar
1 egg
1 t. almond extract
½ t. vanilla
½ t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
2 ½ c. flour

Frosting
1/2 c. butter
4 oz. Cream cheese
2 t. vanilla
dash of salt
3 ½ c. powdered sugar
milk or half & half

Directions:
Directions:
In a stand mixer, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add all of the wet ingredients and mix together, then add all the dry ingredients. Spread onto a lightly greased jelly roll/cookie sheet. You will have to use a lot of flour on your hands to
spread the dough because the dough is very soft.
Bake 350* @20 minutes. Just until the top starts to get golden brown. Cool completely.

Cream butter and cream cheese together, add the next 3 ingredients and add the milk alternating a little at a time with the powdered sugar until it is spreadable.
