Ingredients:  
5-7 C of Tart Apples
3/4-1 C Sugar
2 Tbs Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
Add ingredients to a pot, add 2 TBS butter to top
Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to pot and cook on medium, until apples are tender. Stir occasionally.
If apples aren't tart, add 1 Tbs of Lemon Juice.
