2 c. small shell pasta, uncooked
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Kraft or Hidden Valley Ranch Cole slaw dressing
½ c. chopped onion or ½ c. green onion
2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. unpeeled apple, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. purple grapes
2/3 c. slivered almonds or cashew halves
4 c. cooked, chopped chicken breast (optional)

Directions:

Cook and rinse pasta. Mix pasta, mayonnaise, Cole slaw dressing and onion. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight.
In a mixing bowl add the pineapple, juice and chopped apple, to keep it from turning brown. About 1 hour before serving, drain the juice from the pineapple and apples; add to the pasta along with the remaining ingredients.
