2 T. Butter
1 medium Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 medium Onion, diced
2 stalks Celery, diced
½ of a 10.75 oz. can Cream of Shrimp Soup (Discard top half of soup and use bottom half in recipe.)
1 C. Mayonnaise
½ Lb. freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1 (6-Oz.) can Crabmeat, picked free of any broken shells and drained
6 Oz. Shrimp, fresh or canned, drained
½ tsp. White Pepper

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion and celery; sauté 2 minutes. In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, Parmesan Cheese, crabmeat, shrimp, and white pepper. Stir the sautéed vegetables into the seafood mixture; mix well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8 X 11-in. casserole dish. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Great served with corn chips, crackers, or celery sticks! Yield: 4 cups.

Hayes and I first had this delicious dip at Uncle Bubba's Seafood Restaurant in Savannah, Georgia. We loved it and got the recipe. It soon became a family favorite! Mama loved it and made it for most all our family get-togethers!
