2 tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise
½ milk or cream
1 lime juiced
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 handful of fresh cilantro
¼ c. La Costena or any brand you like, green Mexican salsa
½ tsp. fresh cracked pepper

Place milk, mayo., and ranch dressing mix in a blender. Juice
the lime in there too, you should get about 2 T juice. Toss in the
garlic, cilantro and green salsa. Blend 'er up! Make it several hours
ahead of time to allow dressing to thicken.

A note about green salsa:
There are several brands of green salsa available in most
supermarkets and they have various degrees of heat. One of
the most commonly seen brands is Herdez. Herdez brand is a
lot spicier than any of the others I've tried. La Victoria is
completely mild. If you're not used to buying green salsa,
make sure to sample it first before you put it in the dressing
so you know how spicy it will make your dressing.

Purchase a salsa with tomatillos listed as the 1 st ingredient.
