Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 lbs. Country style bone-in pork ribs or chicken
Slice of lemon on each rib, @ 2 lemons
Slice of onion on each rib, @ 1 sweet onion
Combine the following ingredients in a saucepan and bring to
a boil.
1 c. Sweet Baby Ray’s, Sweet & Spicy, barbecue sauce
1 c. ketchup
½ c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Coleman’s dry mustard
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2-3/4 c. brown sugar (ribs will be sweeter than the chicken)
½ tsp. red pepper flakes or 2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. black pepper or chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in a broiler pan, meaty side up for ribs or skin side up on chicken add the lemon and sliced onions on top, in a preheated 450* oven for 30 minutes. Roast until golden brown.
Drain nearly all the liquid off the ribs. Pour part or the barbecue sauce over ribs and reduce oven temperature to 425* and continue baking for 2 hours, until ribs are tender. Every ½ hour or so add ½ c. more sauce and baste the meat with the sauce.
Bake chicken just until tender, it will take less time. If the onions or meat are getting too dark on top, place foil loosely over meat and continue baking.
