2-3 MEDIUM VERY RIPE BANANAS
1/3 CUP BUTTER, MELTED
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 PINCH OF SALT
3/4 CUP SUGAR (IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT SWEETER ADD 1 CUP)
1 LARGE EGG, BEATEN
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
1 1/2 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
2. GREASE A LOAF PAN
3. MASH THE BANANAS IN A MEDIUM MIXING BOWL WITH A FORK UNTIL
THERE ARE NO CHUNKS.
4. STIR IN THE MELTED BUTTER.
5. ADD THE BAKING SODA AND SALT WITH THE BANANA MASH.
6. STIR IN THE SUGAR, BEATEN EGG AND VANILLA.
7. GENTLY MIX IN THE FLOUR.
8. POUR BATTER INTO LOAF PAN EVENLY.
9. BAKE FOR 50 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR. OR A TOOTHPICK INSERTED INTO
CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
10. ALLOW TO COOL ON WIRE RACK.
11. SLICE AND SERVE.
