1 lb Beef chuck roast
1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
sliced onions or green onions ( optional )
8 oz mushrooms sliced
1 T beef base
4 Chibatta rolls

Directions:
Bag up beef
In a large freezer bag:
1. onions, mushrooms, beef base
In separate and smaller freezer bag:
1. cheese
2. Ciabatta rolls

Do NOT Thaw. Place beef in a crock pot. Pour in contents of vegetable bag and 1/2 c water. Cover and cook on low hear until meat is done and fork tender - 4 hours or more. Remove meat, shred it, return to cooker and stir in juices. Serve with cheese on a toasted Chiabatta roll. ( Toast rolls at 350º for 5-8 minutes.)
