1 1/2 LBS LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 (14.5-OUNCE) CAN CRUSHED TOMATO (PETITE DICED WORKS ALSO)
1 SMALL ONION DICED
1 (15 OUNCE) CAN CHILI BEANS DRAINED AND RINSED
3 TABLESPOONS TACO SEASONING
2 CUPS CORN CHIPS
2 CUPS FINELY SHREDDED CHEESE

TOPPINGS:
SHREDDED LETTUCE
ROMA TOMATOES, DICED
SLICED BLACK OLIVES
SOUR CREAM
AVOCADO CHOPPED

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES
2. SPRAY BAKING DISH WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY.
3. IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, ADD THE GROUND BEEF AND
ONION.
4. COOK WHILE CRUMBLING UNTIL THE MEAT IS NO LONGER PINK, ABOUT
7-10 MINUTES.
5. DRAIN THE EXCESS GREASE FROM THE SKILLET.
6. ADD THE CAN TOMATOES, CHILI BEANS AND TACO SEASONING TO THE
BEEF MIX.
7. BRING THE MIX TO A SIMMER AND ALLOW IT TO SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES.
8. TRANSFER THE MIXTURE TO THE PREPARED BAKING DISH.
9. TOP THE MIXTURE WITH CORN CHIPS AND CHEESE.
10. COVER THE BAKING DISH WITH FOIL AND BAKE. YOU MAY WANT TO
SPRAY THE MIXTURE SIDE OF FOIL WITH NON-STICK SPRAY. BAKE FOR
20 MINUTES.
11. CAREFULLY REMOVE THE FOIL AND BAKE UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTED
AND THE TOP IS SLIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN. ABOUT 5-10 MINUTES.
12. REMOVE FROM OVEN.
13. LET STAND 2 MINUTES AND SERVE TOPPING WITH YOUR CHOICE OF
TOPPINGS.
