4 PORK LOIN BONELESS CHOPS
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED
2 GLOVES OF GARLIC, MINCED
1 TABLESPOON EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. SEASON THE CHOPS WITH SALT AND
PEPPER TO TASTE, BOTH SIDES.
2. MIX TOGETHER THE BUTTER AND GARLIC IN A BOWL.
3. ADD THE OIL TO AN OVEN-SAFE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
4. SET THE PORK CHOPS IN THE SKILLET AFTER THE OIL IS HEATED.
5. COOK THE PORK CHOPS FOR 4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE. REMOVE FROM
HEAT.
6. COAT EACH CHOP LIBERALLY WITH THE GARLIC BUTTER MIX. PLACE THE
PLACE THE SKILLET IN THE OVEN AND COOK UNTIL INTERNAL TEMP
REACHES 145 DEGREES, ABOUT 10-12 MINUTES.
7. SERVE WITH REMAINING GARLIC BUTTER.
