1/4 CUP PLUS 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTERMILK
1/2 TEASPOON SALT, PLUS MORE TO TASTE
PEPPER TO TASTE
4-(5-6 OUNCE) CHICKEN CUTLETS
1 SMALL CLOVE OF GARLIC MINCED
1/3 CUP MAYONNAISE
2 TEASPOONS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
2 TABLESPOONS SCALLIONS, CHOPPED
4 SLICES OF FAVORITE CHEESE (PROVOLONE IS GOOD)
4 KAISER OR ONION ROLLS, SPLIT AND TOASTED
LETTUCE TO TASTE
TOMATO SLICES TO TASTE (ROMA TOMATOES GOOD)

1. PREHEAT GRILL TO MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT
2. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE 1/4 CUP OF BUTTERMILK, 1/2 TEASPOON OF
SALT AND PEPPER
3. ADD THE CHICKEN TO THE BUTTERMILK MIXTURE AND TURN TO COAT.
4. SOAK THE CHICKEN IN THE BUTTERMILK FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
5. WHILE THE CHICKEN SOAKS, IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE GARLIC, MAYO
VINEGAR, REMAINING BUTTERMILK, AND SCALLIONS.
6. SEASON THE MAYO MIXTURE WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
7. PLACE THE CHICKEN ON THE GRILL LETTING THE EXCESS MARINADE
DRIP OFF.
8. GRILL UNTILE THE CHICKEN ABOUT 3-4 MINUTES.
9. FLIP THE CHICKEN AND TOP WITH CHEESE.
10. CONTINE GRILLING THE CHEESE TOPPED CHICKEN UNTIL INSTANT READ
THERMOMETER INSERTED IN CENTER READS 165 DEGREES, ABOUT 2-4
MINUTES.
11. SPREAD EACH ROLL WITH THE MAYO SAUCE. ADD PIECE OF CHICKEN.
TOP WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO.
12. SERVE WITH CHIPS OR FRIES.
