2 c. Rhubarb, uncooked and cut into small pieces
1 c. Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Butter
¼ tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over slow fire, stirring constantly until it thickens. Pour into baked pie crust. Use whites of eggs for meringue. Brown in oven.

Amanda noted that this is very delicious and tastes like a lemon meringue pie. This is the oldest confirmed recipe in the book!
