1 small cauliflower
2 carrots
2 potatoes
3 strips of celery
½ pt shelled peas
1 turnip
1 onion
1 tomato, sliced
1 pt brown sauce

Directions:
Directions:
~Divide the cauliflower into small pieces and cut the carrot, turnip, potato, onion and celery into dice
~Boil and drain and add the brown sauce, in which the sliced tomato simmer for 10 minutes
~Simmer through till hot, then garnish with fried croutons
