1 c. Cream Cheese
¼ c. Sour Cream
¼ c. Mayo
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Capers, drained
¼ tsp. Tabasco
4 oz. Smoked Salmon, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped
2 Tbsp. Fresh Chives, chopped
Salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, capers and Tabasco in a food processor until well blended. Add the salmon, dill and chives and pulse to combine, scraping the sides if needed, until the salmon is distributed evenly. Add salt to desired taste. Serve with crackers, bagel chips or spread on a bagel.
