2 lbs. Baby Carrots
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
½ c. Brown Sugar, packed
1½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ground Ginger
½ tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Using a 4 qt. slow cooker, either use liner or spray inside with no stick cooking spray. Add carrots and melted butter, toss to coat. Cover. Cook on HIGH 3-4 hours or until tender. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt, blend well. Toss carrots and brown sugar mixture just before serving.
