1 T. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
S&P
4 fast fry steaks
Oil
4 Italian rolls
1 small onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mustard, garlic, S&P. Spread on both sides of the steak. In a skillet, fry steaks in 1 T. oil about 2 minutes per side. Place on the bottom side of a roll. Cover with foil to keep warm. In the same pan, cook onions in 1T. oil over high heat until brown. Add ¼ cup water to the steak/onion drippings. Boil 1 minute. Drizzle over steak and top with onions.
