100g butter
100g flour
300ml water
6 eggs, separated
300ml whipping cream
½ tsp vanilla sugar
Directions:
Directions:
-Melt butter stir in the flour and water over a low heat until thick
-Remove from the heat stir until the mixture has slightly cooled
-Add egg yolks one at a time, stirring constantly stirring
-Whip the cream,
-Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks
-Stir in the whipped cream into the egg yolk mixture and fold in the egg whites
-Add vanilla sugar
-Heat some oil in a pan and pour some mixture in, tilt the pan and Spread it cook till golden
