2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 T. milk
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, salt and milk together. Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes to 1 hour. Roll up & slice thin. Spread to dry for 2 hours. Boil for 10 minutes in chicken broth.

Start noodles 3 hours before planning to serve. Serve with chicken.
