1 - 10 oz. Roasted Red Pepper, in water
1 - 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
16 oz. Cabot’s Seriously Sharp Shredded Cheese
Black Pepper and Garlic Powder, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the peppers and cut fine in a food processor or blender. Add the cream cheese in chunks and pulse or mix until creamy. Add the shredded cheese and blend in. Serve on bagels or toast (we like sprouted grain bread). May also be used as an appetizer with vegetables or pita chips.
