½ lb. Macaroni
¼-½ tsp. Thyme
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 Garlic Clove, chopped
½ c. Cheese, grated
1 tsp. Salt
½ lb. Hamburger
2 Onions, diced
1 can Tomatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni then drain. In a fry pan place the hamburger and the seasoning and sauté with green peppers, onions and garlic until lightly brown. Pour into a baking dish, stir in the tomatoes an macaroni. Top with cheese. Bake in oven at 400º for 25-30 minutes.
