1 Pkg (30oz) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 Cup Sour Cream
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 cup crushed cornflakes
1 Tbl butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, mix the first seven ingredients. Transfer to a 13x9 or 3 Quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, toss cornflakes with melted butter, sprinkle over casserole. Bake 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
