4-5 lbs. boneless chuck roast
2 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 1/2 TBSP kosher salt
Fresh cracked pepper
2 TBSP Italian seasoning
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 large yellow onions, sliced
5 garlic cloves, sliced
1-2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
Kimmelweck rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the slow cooker to low heat. Remove roast from package and poke holes in it on all sides. Whisk the vinegar and olive oil. Rub it into the meat. Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder on all sides.

Layer half of the onions on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place meat on top of the onions. Spread the rest of the onions and the garlic on top of the meat.

Slow cook for 8-10 hours on low. Add more time if the meat is not fork tender after 8 hours.

Remove the roast from the crock pot and place it on a cutting board. Using two forks shred the meat. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.

Spread the meat on each sliced Kimmelweck roll.
