1 lb. can salmon
3 eggs
1 c.milk
1¼ c.cracker crumbs
½ tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 T. instant onion
¼ c. margarine
dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Empty salmon (including bones and liquid) into bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Put into buttered loaf pan or casserole dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.

Sprinkle with LOTS of lemon juice to cover up the taste of the fish!
