Directions:
In a large bowl mix milks, eggs, and vanilla with a wire whisk or mixer on low speed. Set aside.

Spray 12 C Bundt pan very liberally with the vegetable spray.

Spread the caramel topping into the bottom of the Bundt pan. (Microwave the caramel for 30 seconds on high to make it easier to spread.)

Prepare the cake mix as directed on the back of the box. Pour the cake batter on top of the caramel in the Bundt pan.

Slowly-very slowly- pour the flan mixture over the cake batter. (The flan mixture will sink to the bottom of the pan.)

Bake at 325º for 45-50 minutes.

Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter and cool completely.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This cake has all the attributes of a flan buried in the body of a cake. It's easy to make, and tasty. It should be served on a pretty plate of dinnerware or China because it is different and worth noticing. The texture is curious but likeable.
