1 lb. ground beef (or venison)
2/3 c. BBQ sauce
1 T. mustard
2 c. uncooked minute rice
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; drain. Add 1¾ c. water, BBQ sauce and mustard. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Stir.

This is Mike and Tyler's favorite hotdish. They make it when Angie and Sara (who are sick of it) are not home.
