4 tablespoons Olive oil
3 chicken breast or any combo of thighs and breast ( cut breast in thirds)
2 med green bell peppers cut in bite size pieces
2 red bell peppers cut in bite size pieces
1 large onion chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon minced fresh minced parsley
1/4 cup of any white wine
Fresh Tomato Marinara Sauce (recipe in miscellaneous)

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken and sauté on all sides in hot olive oil in Dutch oven.
Remove chicken to plate.
Add peppers and onions to Dutch oven and sauté till tender about 5 minutes than add garlic sauté for one minute more.
Pour in wine and deglaze pot, simmer for a minute.
Add back chicken and one recipe of fresh tomato marinara sauce, simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add fresh parsley
