4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup sour cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, onions, and garlic.
2. Place the bowl in the microwave, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to the microwave, and cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes more.
4. Top with crumbled bacon.
5. Serve warm with crackers.
