Uncooked spaghetti

Slice of bacon

Olive oil

1 egg

Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Cook the pasta in boiling water.

2. Slice the bacon and place in frying pan. Fry until golden and crispy.

3. Beat egg in a bowl and add grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.

4. Pour the Parmesan eggs into the pan and keep everything moving, loosening with splashes of the pasta cooking water until you have a silky sauce. Make sure the pan isn't too hot otherwise the eggs will scramble.

5. Place pasta on a plate, add sauce and cheese.

* If you don't have an egg, the starchy pasta water will be enough.
