2 c Original Bisquick™ baking mix
1 c milk
2 eggs

1. Stir ingredients until blended.
2. Pour slightly less than ¼ cupfuls on hot greased griddle.
3. Cook until edges are dry; about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook 1 minute 30 seconds or until golden.

For thinner pancakes, increase milk to 1½ cups.
