Chicken Artichoke Casserole Recipe

4 lbs. chicken breasts
1 c. butter
c. flour
3 c. milk
3 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. salt
garlic salt to taste
1 tsp. red pepper
8 oz. mushrooms, drained
2-14 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained, cut up

Simmer chicken until cooked. Cut into pieces.
Melt butter. Add flour, milk, cheeses, seasonings.
Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Add chicken, mushrooms, artichokes.
Place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
