favorite "cream of" soup
veggies
seasonings to taste

1. Wash meat, season, and place in crockpot

2. Add favorite "cream of" soup (mushroom, asparagus, broccoli or chicken)

3. Add clean and washed veggies (whole peeled or unpeeled potatoes, peeled whole or quartered onions, baby carrots).

4. Cover in your crockpot, cook 6 to 8 hours

Note:
When you season to taste, be careful, the "cream of" soup is usually salty.

Beth thinks crockpot meals are nothing but boiled meat.
She just hasn't tried Relief Society expertise. :-)

Add salad and "presto chango" you have a tasty made from scratch, homemade meal. (You are such a genius)

Always place your meat in the crock pot first, it will make its own juice. Add your soup, then place your vegetables on top of the meat, don't cut them in pieces, they will cook to pieces.
