Meatballs:
1 1\2 lb. ground beef
2\3 c. cracker crumbs
1\3 c. onion, minced
1 egg
1\4 tsp. ground ginger
1\4 c. milk

Sauce:
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 can (13 1\2 oz.) pineapple tidbits or crushed, drained - reserve syrup
1\2 c. sugar
1\2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium)
1\3 c. green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients and form desired size balls. Bake until brown.
For sauce, mix cornstarch and sugar. Stir in reserved pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth. Cook until thick. Add pineapple, meatballs and peppers. Heat through.
