1 bottle Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki
1 large Atlantic salmon fillet
Cedar plank (can get in bulk at Costco)

Marinade salmon in teriyaki sauce for 3-4 hours while cedar plank is soaking in water. Grill salmon on plank to desired temperature (should cook in less than 10 minutes).

A Ruderman family favorite! Be generous with your marinade and don't overcook. Plank keeps salmon super moist. If you buy skin-on salmon it will cook to plank on grill and salmon meat can be removed with a spatula.
