3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
1/2 lb. crabmeat, picked
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1 cup half & half
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
9-inch pie crust
optional:may add
1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, (pepper and celery )in small amount of butter until tender. Combine with shrimp and crabmeat. Pour into prepared crust. Sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt and seasoning. Pour over all.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until set.

*may use canned crab meat

I first ate this in St. Louis Missouri at a TGI Fridays Restaurant They served with slices of cantaloupe and combination was delicious.
My sister Brenda's mother in law loved this when we made it for her.
