6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup Flour
Pinch of nutmeg
Dash of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk well in main bowl. Sift together flour, nutmeg, garlic, salt and pepper and add to liquid mixture, blending well. Leave at room temperature. Place about one tsp oil in the bottom of muffin tin, heat in oven. Add dough mixture into hot muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 - 45 minutes.
