Mix 1/2 cup warm water with 1 tsp sugar.
Add 1 tbsp yeast. Do not stir. Let rise
until about double

Scald - 1/4 cup milk with
2 tbsp margarine and
1 tsp sugar..... let all cool

2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
When yeast has risen, (about double in size) stir briskly with a fork and add to milk mixture. Add flour, and knead for 3 minutes. Cover in draft free place, and let rise until about double in size... approximately 45 minutes. Punch down, and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out into pizza pan, and add toppings. Let rise for 45 minutes... bake at 425 degrees for 12- 15 minutes.
