Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp margarine
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp salt
4 cups warm water
12 cups whole wheat flour- can replace 1 cup whole wheat with white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, honey, then sprinkle in yeast. Don’t stir. Let rise until double in size. In a large bowl, mix honey margarine and salt. Add yeast mixture, mix well. Then add warm water. Mix. Gradually add the flour, mixing well as you add it to the liquid mixture. Keep adding and mixing with a large wooded spoon, until too thick to use the spoon. Then use your hands to knead - you may use white flour for the last cup or so.

After about 10 minutes of gradually adding flour, and mixing/kneading - the dough will not stick too much to your hands. At that time, let rest in the mixing bowl, with a clean towel over it. Let the bread rise in a warm place (70 degrees F in the house is fine) until it is about double in size - 40 minutes to an hour. When double in size - punch down until 1/2 size again. Let rise in the bowl another time until double. When doubled a 2nd time, start to pull and fold the dough into long loaves to fill the bottom of your buttered bread pans - a loaf should fill the bottom 1/3 to 1/2 of the pan. Let the dough rise a third time, this time in their pans. When doubled in size, place into preheated 350 degrees - bake for 45 minutes. As soon as they come out of the oven, brush the tops with margarine to keep the crust soft. Place on cooling racks.
