6T butter, softened
⅓ c shortening, butter flavored
½ c brown sugar, lightly packed
⅓ c sugar
1 egg
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1⅓ c flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 c Hershey's Premier White Cream Chips
½ c macadamia nut pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Cream butter, shortening, brown sugar & sugar.
Add egg & vanilla beating until well blended.
Stir together flour, baking soda, & salt; gradually beat into butter mixture.
Stir in chips & nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool completely.
