3 (28 oz) jars chunky salsa
2 (14 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
2 (15.5 oz) cans black beans
2½ lbs ground beef
1 (32 oz) carton vegetable broth
1 (16 oz) bag quinoa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; season with salt & pepper.
Drain, rinse, & slightly mash black beans.
Add all other ingredients to a crock pot or stock pot & bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium & add browned meat.
Let simmer for 15 minutes (at least); the longer it simmers the better it tastes.
Top with a tablespoon of sauerkraut for added metabolizing.
