¼ cup margarine, melted
1 square sweetened chocolate
1½ cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt

Topping:
1 pkg. rolo chocolates
¼ cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. caramel or butterscotch toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and chocolate; stir in cocoa and sugar. Beat in eggs, coffee and vanilla. Blend dry ingredients together and then mix altogether. Spread into a 8" x 8" greased pan. Chop each rolo into quarters and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle with pecans. Drizzle with butterscotch topping. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
