1¼ cups of soft butter
1½ cups sugar (10½ oz.)
2 packages (2½ tsp.) Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar
6 eggs
1½ tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ tsp. cocoa
3/4 cup Burgundy
2½ cups (10½ oz.) flour
1 package (½ oz., or 3 tsp.) Dr. Oetker baking powder
150 grams (5½ oz.) grated chocolate

Cream butter and sugars, beat in eggs, add spice and wine. Beat in flour and baking powder. Fold in chocolate. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
