In small saucepan melt:
1 stick of butter or margerine
1 cup brown sugar

Stir until dissolved.

Add:
1 6 oz. vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 tbsp. milk

Stir till well-blended. Pour into 8” x 13” pan. Add nuts if desired.

1 loaf Rich’s Frozen Bread Dough (completly thawed)

Sprinkle small amount of flour on table. Roll out bread dough to about 10” x 14”.

Spread with soft margarine. Sprinkle on cinnamon and raisins. Roll up and seal edges.

Cut into 12 even slices. Put into pan cut-side up. Allow to raise till doubled (about 2 hours)

At this point they can be baked or covered with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and placed in refrigerator overnight. Remove half hour before baking.

Bake at 350º about 30 minutes. Turn over onto baking sheet to serve.
