4 tbsp. sugar
1½ cups cream
Dash of cinnamon
1 unbaked pastry shell

Directions:
Combine the flour and sugar, mixing well. Add the cream. Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 400º for 35 minutes.
