Jumbo shells 1 box
mixed peppers ( diced )
Two lobster tails cut into cubes
10-15 jumbo shrimp cut into cubes
Bay scallops
Ricotta cheese
2 Bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
Jar of spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place shells into boiling water with a teaspoon of salt & oil
Each
Mix the ricotta cheese with a bag of mozzarella sit aside
Cook your seafood in butter with seasonings of your liking * I used old bay garlic powder & grace fish seasoning
when done do not drain
Add spaghetti sauce to the bottom of the baking pan
After the shells are done drain then stuff them with the ricotta cheese then top them with the cooked seafood
Add more spaghetti sauce & mozzarella to top and bake at 400 for about 10 mins
optional - Add Italian seasoning on top after done
