1 jar Artichoke hearts
1 bag frozen chopped spinach, thaw then squeeze all water out
1 1/2 blocks Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 c Mayo
1 c Parmesan Cheese
House Seasoning to taste
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 c shredded Italian Cheese Blend

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, mayo, parmesan cheese, garlic, 1 c. Italian blend cheese and seasoning.
Stir in artichoke hearts (drained), chopped spinach (drained)
Spread into baking dish or Cast-Iron skillet.
Top with 1 c Italian cheese blend.
Bake 25-30 minutes.

Serve with pita chips, toast points, or tortilla chips.
